1. Who we are
Monexapps LTD ("Monexapps", "we", "us", "our") is a UK-registered web design and iOS app development studio based at Graylingwell, Chichester, West Sussex, United Kingdom (PO19). We operate the website at https://monexapps.com.
For UK GDPR purposes, Monexapps LTD is the data controller for any personal data we collect through this site.
2. What we collect
We deliberately keep data collection to a minimum. Here's everything we touch:
2.1 Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this site (or on the Antennascope support page) we collect:
- The name you provide
- The email address you provide
- The subject line and message body
- Your IP address, browser user agent and the page that referred you (for spam protection and incident response)
- The timestamp of submission
2.2 Newsletter signup
If you sign up to the newsletter we collect your email address, plus the same incidental request metadata (IP, user agent, referer, timestamp).
2.3 Server access logs
Our web server (Apache) records standard access logs containing your IP address, requested URL, response code, user agent and timestamp. These are kept for diagnostic and security purposes.
2.4 What we do not collect
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, third-party advertising trackers, or any cross-site behavioural-tracking cookie. We do not run A/B tests on you. We do not sell your data.
3. Lawful basis for processing
- Contact form submissions — processed under the lawful basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): you have asked us to reply to a question, so we have a clear interest in being able to do so.
- Newsletter signup — processed under the lawful basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). Submitting your email through the newsletter form constitutes that consent. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
- Server access logs — processed under legitimate interests for security, abuse detection and service stability.
4. How long we keep your data
- Contact form messages: kept for up to 24 months from the date of last correspondence, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server access logs: rotated and deleted every 30 days on a rolling basis.
5. Who we share your data with
We use a small number of carefully chosen processors:
- Fastmail Pty Ltd — our email host. Form submissions are delivered to our
support@monexapps.commailbox via Fastmail's SMTP servers, and stored in their EU data centres. - Our hosting provider — runs the server that serves this website and stores the access logs.
We do not share your data with advertising networks, brokers, or for any commercial purpose. We will only disclose data to law enforcement where legally compelled to do so.
6. Cookies
This site does not set any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Apache may set a temporary session cookie if you submit a form, but only to maintain that single submission. No persistent identifiers are placed on your device by us.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete your data; we will comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
- Restrict processing — ask us to pause processing while we resolve a query.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent (e.g. newsletter), you can withdraw at any time.
- Lodge a complaint — with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. International data transfers
Our servers and email host are located in the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA in the normal course of business.
9. Security
We use HTTPS (TLS) on every page of this site, encrypted SMTP for outbound mail, and standard server hardening. Form payloads are stored as files protected by Linux filesystem permissions and not exposed to the public web. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard protections appropriate to the data we hold.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
